The city of Emmen wanted to improve traffic flow an realise a safer and comfortable crossing for cyclists over the highway N391. This led to the design of a bicycle bridge with a thin deck design to optimise landscape integration and usability.
This project was done by Maurits Lopes Cardozo with ipv Delft. Maurits role: design lead and project management.
Scope of project: feasibility study, concept and detailed design, engineering and client support during realisation.
